Savory Egg White Oatmeal with Chorizo

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp chorizo, fully cooked
1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
1/4 avocado, diced
Directions:
Mix oats, egg whites, milk, and chorizo in bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds. Stir. Microwave for additional 80 seconds.
Top with pico and avocado.
