The individual attention made me feel comfortable, and expert coaching held me accountable.
I learned how to eat healthy while still enjoying going out with friends, family dinners, and eating on the go.
My well being always came first--from my training to eating right—I have lost over 50 pounds!

I learned to eat healthier and lift heavier, and I couldn't have felt better about myself in my wedding dress. P.S. Thought this photo fit well. Look at my arms!

I turned to food as an escape. I looked at myself in the mirror and got upset—so, I ate. After a while, I stopped looking in the mirror. This program allows me to work at my pace. I am getting stronger and seeing changes! My confidence continues to grow. I wore shorts for the first time in 7 years in public. I am more confident, more outgoing, and happier.
