Paddle board High Intensity Training
This ain't yer momma's water aerobics!
High intensity movements are combined with paddle boards, providing the perfect mix of cardio, core work, and strength training on land and on the water. This one hour class utilizes the sandy shores in addition to the challenge of working out on a paddle board.
PHIT is a unique group fitness experience! No previous paddle boarding experience is required. Our classes are ideal for fitness enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and anyone looking for something different to do with a group of friends--bachelor parties, girls day out, family reunions, or corporate team building--all are welcome!
